Cliff Liknes is 5 Elements Adult Boxing coach. His amateur background includes 180 amateur fights, throughout which he competed in some of the biggest Amateur Tournaments in the United States, including but not limited to the Ohio State Fair in Columbus, Ohio, the Black Exbo in Indianapolis Indiana, and the Inland Empire Games in Spokane, Washington. Cliff is a two-time Provincial champ and earned a Bronze Medal at the 1988 Canadian Nationals at the amateur level. His professional background includes 18 professional fights, where he fought mostly out of Las Vegas and Montreal and competed for the Canadian Middleweight Title. Cliff does not provide private lessons but puts everything into the hour classes he has to better the skill level of his students.
