Boxing

The 5 Elements boxing program is a full-body workout with a focus on upper body strength. The high-intensity cardio class is centered around bag and pad work with a focus on technique. Our curriculum was designed by amateur fighter, Cliff Liknes. Light sparring may occur when the training group is highly skilled.

Our current boxing program is available to ages 14 and up due to its demanding intensity.  This class is ideal for students who:

  • Want to learn proper boxing techniques and strategies
  • Are seeking a challenging group workout
  • Want added conditioning for their practice of other arts
  • Want to develop toughness and resiliency
  • Are seeking the opportunity to hit a heavy bag really, really, hard
